It happened that Shanghai held the first "China International Import Expo" and we took a short vacation to travel to Wuyi Mountain. We stayed at the "Lanzhi Inn" in "Nanyuanling" for three days. We had breakfast and dinner on the nearby street every morning and evening. We read the reviews before coming, and there were both positive and negative comments. With a trial mentality, we chose this "Youyou Food" for dinner and used it as a canteen.
Usually, we are quite picky about dishes. Every time we travel, in addition to visiting the beautiful rivers and mountains, we also taste the delicacies from all over the world. In the past few days, we were satisfied with the meals in this restaurant, so I would like to share and recommend it to my fellow travelers. The family of the store is responsible for their duties and runs the business with great care. They are very warm and welcoming. The dishes are good and delicious, which is really good.
There are leftovers from the three dishes and one soup for each meal for two people. It is indeed a bit wasteful. It’s just that the amount of dishes is too much. Let’s count the dishes we have ordered:
① Stir-fried celery with bamboo fungus. The taste is very refreshing and worth recommending. This is the first time I have eaten this white and crispy "bamboo ear". The so-called bamboo ear is the wood ear that grows on bamboo. It is white and translucent and has high nutritional value. It is said that the nutritional content is similar to that of truffles and is known as "the meat among vegetarians".
② Steamed red-eye fish. The red-eye trout in Jiuqu Creek, Wuyi Mountain, has tender and elastic meat. The biggest feature is that the fish scales are edible. Remember to watch it carefully when you take a bamboo raft.
③ Stir-fried stone frog. Stone frog is the edible frog with the highest nutritional content and medicinal and health value in traditional Chinese recipes. It is rich in high protein, multiple vitamins and minerals. Although it is farmed stone frog, it is just as delicious.
④ Mustard taro soup. The name of the product is clear at a glance. The food recommended by the boss lady is both a dish and a soup. It is really good. You must try it if you have a chance.
⑤ Salt and pepper creek shrimp. The store's craftsmanship is pretty good. The batter is not thick and it tastes crispy. Those who like fish and shrimp can order it. Those who don't like fried food can forget about it, but you can also try "Stir-fried prawns with chili peppers", which has a more fresh shrimp flavor (we ordered it at the "Banfang Restaurant" on the same street).
⑥ Stir-fried wild vegetables with minced garlic. In fact, it is the water celery we have eaten, but it is not wild and the stems are thinner. It is recommended to stir-fry it with dried tofu, because the addition of minced garlic will cover up the unique fragrance of water celery.
⑦ Bamboo fungus and shredded pork soup. The first time I saw bamboo fungus was in Wuyi Mountain, and I liked it since then. It is very flavorful to use it to make soup. But the soup made by the store is not ideal. There are two problems. One is that the shredded pork cannot be cut smoothly, and the other is that the shredded pork should be stir-fried with raw flour paste (or mixed with cooked oil) and then stir-fried before boiling.
⑧ Stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots. ⑨ Stir-fried river snails. ⑩ Cat's claw mushroom. I personally think these dishes are too simple, there is nothing to recommend, just try them.

I happened to see a young chicken being sold on the street, so I bought it and asked the store to process it (this is not the way to eat it in the local area). The owner's mother slaughtered and cooked it herself. The first hole was well made, which was really great and satisfying.
